Our policy allows you to cancel the order before taking the service without any charge;however once you have availed the services unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. In case of any service complaints you may write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The complaint will be attended within 2 working days at the latest.
In order to cancel the booking you must write to us email@example.com with your order details alternatively you can also call us on 9867006006. Once we confirm all the service details we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approvedrefund will be processed, and get credited automatically to original method of payment or we will issue a refund cheque if paid by cash. We will not refund you in cash in any circumstances. Refund will be depends on the policies of payment gateway or bank.
Refund Processing time is generally depends upon the policy of payment gateway or bank. If you haven’t received a refund yet, we request you to check your bank / credit card / payment wallet statement again.
